Twelve Oaks Condos and Villas, North Palm Beach Marina CommunityTwelve Oaks in North Palm Beach is a guarded, gated community with single villas, duplex villas, high rise condos and three floors condos with the complex fronting on the north end of Lake Worth and the Intracoastal Waterway system. There is a marina and all the slips are owned by owners of homes in Twelve Oaks. Slips in the marina are sized up to 50 feet. Only residents may own or rent slips in the marina. It is just a short distance to the Lake Worth Inlet and out into the Atlantic Ocean.Pets are not allowed to walk around the high rises, they must be carried. Pets are permitted in the villas and the low rise condos. Parking places are assigned and guest spots are available. Leases are limited to one time a year with a six month minimum.
